Once you order is received, please allow up the 2 hours for your order to be processed.

Products are shipped 1-2 days after receiving your order confirmation.

Forgot your password? Not a problem. It happens to us too—and it’s easy to reset. Just visit the password reset link here.

You can't make changes, but you can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it.

To cancel an order, first go to your orders page. If you’re not signed in, you’ll need to enter your order number from your order confirmation email, along with your email address. Next, open the order you want to cancel, then tap or click the “Cancel” button and follow the prompts.

If you don’t see the cancel button, your order is no longer eligible to be canceled. But don’t worry—you can return the items for any reason within 60 days.

Please allow at least 24 hours after receiving your shipment confirmation email before clicking the track & trace link. This gives the courier time to pick up your order from our warehouse.

Normally it takes 3-5 business days but it can take up to 30 days for your refund to show from the time you ship it back to us. You will receive a notification letting you know the package has been received by our warehouse.

Please check the estimated delivery times for your province and shipping method to get an idea of when your package should arrive. We also recommend checking your order tracking number for more details as your parcel may have been delivered to a local carrier pick-up point, or other important notes regarding your delivery.

For Standard or Express deliveries, we work with UPS. For Same-day we work with T-Force. The shipment carrier and method will be confirmed and indicated to you when you receive your track & trace email.

Please be advised that the final delivery is at the digression of the carrier’s driver. If you are not available for initial delivery attempt, they may or may not return for a second delivery attempt, leave the package at your front door/porch/etc., or drop-off at a local Access Point and leave a delivery notice for you with details of when and where you can collect your parcel

We do not work with any carriers who deliver to PO Boxes or military bases, and we are unable to accept orders with these types of locations used for Shipping Address.

Since your order is dispatched internationally, it has to be cleared through customs. Don't worry—we'll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.

We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes and duties are included in your order total at checkout.
