Condition is previous owner used. This is really interesting. Never saw one before.. no pamphlet..  no furniture.. what you see in the photos is all there is. Appears you have to put the arms and legs on the little dolls.. There are different outfits, wooden toys.., hangers.., doll stands... and a cat. Meow.

Notice it is not perfect.. I see some age bubbling on the paper on the case. I believe its a wooden case underneather the paper. Normal probably for age.. vintageness.  Overall it's in great shape and presents wonderfully. I am not an expert.. Study the photos.. Google it. You determine your judgement on this item.
