The paper doll book is in very nice condition; no tears or stains. Just very slight wear and marks on the cover, and a couple of light creases at the spine on the front cover. The back cover has a light line across the width that looks like something was transferred on it from another item. You can see it in the 6th picture close-up. The pages all look good, with just a teeny nick on the bottom corner of the first page, maybe about 1/16 of an inch.
Please note that I am not an expert; just a collector selling some of my collection.
