Preparation and Usage
1. Boil 12 litres of water.
2. Add bones or any meats. Simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Pour 1 pack of ”Concentrated Noodle Soup (Clear Soup)”(Rinse the rest in the pack with hot water.)
4. Add 250ml of pickled-garlic water.
5. Simmer , Add any seasoning or sugar as you like.
6. Put boiled noodle , meat and vegetable into the bowl.Pour noodle soup. Sprinkle fried garlic, and coriander, Ready to be served.
