    THE BLACK PANEL IS MADE OF A VERY DURABLE HIGH QUALITY 1/4" THICK POLY PLASTIC MADE FOR THE OUTDOORS. NOT METAL. NO PAINTING OR RUSTING. WILL LAST FOR YEARS TO COME.
