McCormick Au Jus Gravy is A rich, beefy gravy that's perfect for dipping or serving over your favorite dishes like mashed potatoes, beef, sandwiches, roasts and more. All you need is 10 minutes and 3 cups of cold water for a rich, flavorful gravy sauce that works wonders in dishes like French Onion soup or on roast beef paninis. This dry Au Jus mix is the perfect holiday gravy, is made with McCormick spices and doesn't contain MSG (except those naturally occurring glutamates) or added artificial flavors or colors. 1 oz.
Directions:
Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in medium saucepan.
Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to a boil. Serve over beef or pork.
