This a an evaporative cooler, NOT an air conditioner..
This is designed for use in hot, dry climates.
It will not help in humid climates. This has a water tank where a fan blows through, adding moisture & adding humidity to a dry room. Can be used in a 500 sq. feet room. Also works great as a powerful fan w/o water.
I bought this as brand new. Unsure if it was ever used but if it was, it was not for long. People accidentally buy these thinking they are air conditioners. Manual, packing, everything included. Ready to go. Taken out of box for pictures.
