This is the front cover and front cover paper doll only. It is Ernie Bushmiller’s Fritzi-Ritz, Star of United Feature Syndicate, Authorized Edition, ©️United Feature Syndicate. I think it is late 1940’s-early 1950’s. In Mrs. Young’s purple reference book, it points this paper doll to Lowe #1251, “New Toni Hair-Do Dress Up Dolls”, year 1951.
